Representation
How Catalog Representation Works
Catalog representation is non-exclusive.
The creator or rights holder retains ownership of their music.
Individual licensing opportunities remain subject to rights-holder approval.
The one-time catalog onboarding fee is $299.
Millionheirs Media Group receives a 20% commission on qualifying paid sync or licensing opportunities directly secured by MHMG.
The rights holder receives the remaining 80% of the qualifying sync/license fee, subject to the final licensing agreement.
Performance royalties, writer royalties, publisher royalties, and PRO income remain payable according to the underlying ownership and PRO registrations and are not automatically treated as part of MHMG's 20% commission unless separately agreed in writing.
Placement is not guaranteed.
The one-time onboarding fee covers catalog onboarding and representation services only — it is not a purchase of guaranteed placement, and placement is never promised.
